Breath and Cacao: Inner exploration and transformation

Registration and introduction will begin at 9:00am.  We will start the day with some light yoga followed by the cacao ceremony and breath practices.  You will have opportunities to walk around the ranch and explore nature.  Most of the practices will be on our outdoor deck or in our ancient barn.  Bring comfortable layered clothes, a yoga mat, pillow and some sturdy hiking shoes.  Lunch and refreshements will be provided.
