Wildflower Impressions: A Nature & Art Retreat

We will then head out for a hike through the ranch where you’ll discover nature’s vibrant colors and gather leaves, flowers, and other natural elements to use in your artwork. Along the way, you can stop to sketch a wildflower or collect a few to draw later.
Next, you’ll learn how to create beautiful impressions on cards and a canvas bag, preserving the textures and shapes of the natural world. You can also incorporate your newly learned flower-drawing skills onto your cards and bring them to life with a handmade watercolor set, provided for you to use and take home.
To complete the experience, you’ll learn how to use a wax seal to add a special, nature-inspired touch to your cards before ending the day with a live mozzarella cheese-making demonstration and tasting.
